Rabbit Loop

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using any Rabbit Loop service — including rabbit-loop.com and any other Rabbit Loop product — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use our services. Users between 16 and 18 must have parental or guardian consent. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these age requirements.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your password with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or attempt to harm our services or other users.

4. Products and orders

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Orders are confirmed upon successful payment through Stripe.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable or if we suspect fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

5. Refund policy

We offer refunds within 30 days of purchase in the following circumstances:

The item arrived faulty or damaged
The item is significantly different from what was described
The item was not delivered

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. To request a refund, contact us at contact@rabbit-loop.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

These terms do not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Premium subscriptions

Rabbit Loop Premium is a recurring subscription billed monthly or annually. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to Premium features until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription time.

7. Rabbit Loop apps

The following Rabbit Loop apps are governed by these Terms of Service in addition to any app-specific terms noted below.

Icon Builder (icons.rabbit-loop.com)

The Icon Builder is free to use without an account. Exports from the free version include a small Rabbit Loop watermark. Rabbit Loop Premium subscribers receive watermark-free exports.

All designs are created and processed entirely in your browser. Rabbit Loop does not store, claim ownership of, or have any rights over icons you create using this tool. You retain full ownership of any icons you export.

The watermark applied to free exports is a condition of the free tier. Removing or obscuring the watermark from free exports without a Premium subscription is not permitted.

RL Strap Monitor (iOS)

The RL Strap Monitor app is a supplementary alert system designed to notify you when a ratchet strap comes loose. The hardware device is currently paused and not available for new customers; the following terms apply to existing users with a device. By using this app and the associated hardware device, you agree to the following:

Safety responsibility — the RL Strap Monitor is a supplementary aid only. You remain solely responsible for ensuring your load is properly and legally secured at all times. This app does not replace proper load securing practices, pre-trip inspections, or compliance with Australian road transport regulations.
Bluetooth reliability — alerts depend on a Bluetooth connection between the hardware device and your phone. We cannot guarantee alerts will be delivered in all circumstances, including when your phone is out of range, in Do Not Disturb mode, has notifications disabled, or when Bluetooth is unavailable.
Device pairing — each hardware device can be paired to one Rabbit Loop account at a time. Pairing the device to a new account will remove access from the previous account.
No liability for missed alerts — to the maximum extent permitted by law, Rabbit Loop is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or consequence arising from a missed, delayed, or undelivered alert.
Home screen widget — the home screen widget is a Rabbit Loop Premium feature. Without an active Premium subscription, the widget will not display live strap status. The widget shows only the last status seen by the app and may not reflect the current state of your strap if the app has not recently connected to it.

The app may be used without a Rabbit Loop account. Device data remains stored locally on your device only and is not backed up if you use the app without an account.

RL Transit (iOS)

RL Transit displays Perth public transport scheduled departure times. By using this app, you agree to the following:

Scheduled times only — RL Transit shows Transperth's published timetable, not live vehicle tracking. Actual departures may run early, late, or be cancelled due to traffic, breakdowns, or service changes outside our control.
No liability for missed connections — to the maximum extent permitted by law, Rabbit Loop is not liable for any loss, cost, or inconvenience arising from relying on timetable information shown in this app.
Data source — timetable data is sourced from Transperth's publicly published GTFS feed and is available free of charge from www.transperth.wa.gov.au. Rabbit Loop is not affiliated with Transperth or the Public Transport Authority of Western Australia.

The app may be used without a Rabbit Loop account.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use our services for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our services
Interfere with or disrupt the security or performance of our services
Create multiple accounts to circumvent a ban or suspension
Use automated tools to access our services without permission

9. Intellectual property

All content on Rabbit Loop services — including logos, design, text, and software — is the property of Rabbit Loop and is protected by Australian copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rabbit Loop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Service availability

We aim to keep our services available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or emergency fixes that temporarily affect availability. We will endeavour to notify users in advance of planned downtime.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of significant changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
